Want to be the best subcontractor in the green market?

Green Building Knowledge for the Successful Subcontractor:
Tuesday, July 14th, 2009 @ a.k.a. Green
3:00pm - 5:00pm

Have you ever worked on or wanted to work on a green or a LEED building, but did not understand the requirements? This class is designed for subcontractors who provide materials and / or labor on LEED commercial buildings. From the subcontractor who provides the concrete parking areas to the subcontractor who provides and installs the ceiling tiles – this class is for you!

We will discuss jobsite expectations, submittal requirements, and overall green building concerns which can be directly impacted by the selection of the right subcontractor.

Especially in these challenging economic times, as you look for a way to set your team apart from the competition, this class is for you!

Taught by guest lecturer Brooke Bogart from Ecological Environments, a registered architect and green building expert who has been practicing green building and consulting for more than a decade. As the first female LEED AP in the state of Arizona, she has been in the forefront of sustainable design for a long time, and continues to remain in the forefront.
The class is not designed for mechanical, plumbing or electrical trades, though all are welcome to attend.
